Yeah, Henry you said what I was thinking - "how would someone know their advances aren't wanted unless they try". And his tries at his apartment weren't anything bad - even though they were super weird 😂. So yeah, my opinion at this point is that he would have done nothing wrong if he hadn't been in a position of power, but since he was, and he couldn't control himself as her boss, he did something very wrong. Great topic, and great job tackling it!!

Aaaahhh this one's so heavy and good!🙈 Okay I'm not through the whole episode yet, but I'm jumping in with my thoughts at this point: I can see both sides to this! It's so dicey, because as an outsider I don't want to judge harshly to either side. I agree with Henry until it comes to that weird comment he made about her being "distracting". At that point, it should be obvious to him that he’s being inappropriate and sort of abusing his power. As a girl, I can feel for her being in that situation and not knowing how to navigate it. Afterward people can say, “why didn’t you say something right then?” But in the moment it’s like your brain shuts off and all you can do is second-guess yourself and whether you're making a big deal out of nothing. And then it could turn into a big mess, and you feel like it was all your fault. AND YET 😆🙈 I also think that sometimes all of us are a little too quick to crucify each other, and quick to take offense to everything. We can all be awkward, bumbling idiots sometimes, and not know how to read each other, so I think there’s also tons of room and reason for us to all give each other a break. I think as girls we can be so afraid of being harmed or taken advantage of, that sometimes everything can feel threatening. AND YET AGAIN- I think in this case, once this guy made that distracting comment, he should have known better. And I’m nodding along to every point you guys have been making about it. Aaaaahhh it’s so hard to navigate this whole topic😆. I'm going to keep listening now!
